Becca grew up in a little Oxfordshire village amongst cats, dogs and some sheep. After working in a village dairy farm on weekends and during school holidays she discovered a passion for caring for animals and decided to become a vet.
Following her time at the University of Cambridge Becca moved to Cornwall where she treated small animals and farm animals for a few years. Becca particularly loves being able to help pets in their most desperate time of need and finds Emergency cases very rewarding.
In her spare time Becca enjoys relaxing with her naughty Tortie cat Minstrel, baking and hiking in the hills with her Husband and rescue Lurcher-type dog Alfie. Prior to her arrival at Blacks Becca was lucky enough to spend six weeks exploring the gorgeous landscape of New Zealand!
