Group Practice Manager, Valerie Marsh joined the practice in 2000 from a commercial property background and rapidly made her mark on the practice. Married to Norman, an ex RAF Spitfire pilot, Val is motivated by her love of animals and her determination that clients at Blacks Veterinary Group get the very best standard of service possible.
Everyone at Blacks - from Senior Partners to young kennel maids - can’t help getting caught up in her enthusiasm. Val has great people skills which has made the practice a very happy place for staff, clients and especially patients! Nobody here was surprised when she won Practice Manager of the Year in 2006 and achieved a rare double by being instrumental in Blacks winning Practice of the Year at the same time. She has also achieved Investors in People status and this year steered us to success at The Best of the Black Country Customer Service Awards.
Val is always keen to hear from clients, especially if they have found a member of staff particularly helpful but also if you have a problem you would like to resolve. Like everyone at Blacks Vets, Val is there to help!
