Blacks Vet Group: Emma Pacione

Emma Pacione

Emma graduated from Glasgow University in 2005 with special merit in small animal studies. Following graduation she travelled around south east Asia, and spent 2 months working in a charity veterinary clinic on the Thai island of Koh Tao. On returning to the UK, Emma worked in a small animal and equine clinic in Worcester, before joining BVG in April 2007. Since joining BVG, she has mainly been based at our Lye branch, alongside Ruth Wickens.

Outside of work, Emma enjoys a variety of sports including horse riding and snowboarding, and going to the gym. She shares her home with a very mischievous three legged cat called Weasley.

Blacks Vet Group: Helen Guy

Helen Guy

Helen graduated from Royal (Dick) School of Veterinary Medicine and Surgery with a distinction in veterinary medicine and surgery. Prior to joining this practice she worked in a 90% small animal mixed practice in Worcestershire, where she gained a wealth of experience and expertise but decided her preference was to work with small animals. Helen joined the veterinary team back in July 2007 and has established her role working mainly at Sedgley surgery alongside Caroline Randolf.

Clients feel very comfortable during consultation with Helen, who has a natural empathy when dealing with difficult situations. She has a calm professionalism, which together with her warm and friendly personality, endears her to clients.
