The Sedgley surgery - which has recently been extended to add 2 additional operating theatres, new cat and dog kenneling areas and a combination x ray and dental x ray suite - is located on the Dudley Road just outside Sedgley town centre. This facility comprising free client parking, comfortable client waiting and consulting rooms and brand new operating facilities has been serving our clients in the Sedgley area for more than 35 years now. New clients are always very welcome and the staff will be happy to offer advice and show you around. The team here is led by Caroline Randolf MRCVS supported by Helen Guy and a wonderful nursing and reception team. Sedgley's Head Nurse is Sara Williams and Client Care Manager is Ann Pallate.
At BVG we understand that our clients have busy lives too. Our Sedgley surgery is open from 8.00am - 7.00pm for clients who wish to call in for advice from reception and nursing staff, to collect treatments and book appointments.
We run an appointment system at all branches to try to reduce waiting times and stress to our pets. Urgent cases are always seen the same day even when appointments are not available. We have no waiting lists for procedures or hospitalisation. All invoices are due for settlement at the end of each consultation.
