Our Quinton surgery was opened in 2005 and is located just opposite Tesco on Ridgacre Road. It is our newest surgery with good parking and excellent facilities and has been RCVS approved.
The very enthusiastic team is headed by veterinary surgeon Katerina Phinopoulou who loves treating her patients and is also a keen and gifted surgeon. Katerina graduated from Bristol University three years ago and is a very capable and knowledgeable vet. Reception is led by client care manager Karen Price who makes everyone, client and pet feel welcome and at ease (I think she has a secret supply of treats!) All the team in Quinton are very happy to give advice over the phone and are happy to help with any veterinary problem. The surgery has back-up and support from the RCVS approved Veterinary Hospital in Dudley for patients that need intensive 24 hour nursing or need the services of our Heart and Orthopaedic specialists. So whether it’s for heart problems, a ruptured cruciate ligament or just a vaccination and health check, you will be in good hands.
At BVG we understand that our clients have busy lives too. Our Quinton surgery is open from 8.00am - 7.00pm for clients who wish to call in for advice from reception and nursing staff, to collect treatments and book appointments.
We run an appointment system at all branches to try to reduce waiting times and stress to our pets. Urgent cases are always seen the same day even when appointments are not available. We have no waiting lists for procedures or hospitalisation. All invoices are due for settlement at the end of each consultation.
