The nursing side of our Oldbury branch is run by Gemma Hall who has been with the group for 4 years now. Sandra O Brien is our Client Care Manager and they are backed up by a team of nursing and reception staff including: Camilla - VN, Sam - Auxillary Nurse, Kendall - Reception and Mandy - also reception. All are delighted to assist new and existing clients in any way possible.
At BVG we understand that our clients have busy lives too. Our Oldbury surgery is open from 8.00am - 7.00pm for clients who wish to call in for advice from reception and nursing staff, to collect treatments and book appointments.
We run an appointment system at all branches to try to reduce waiting times and stress to our pets. Urgent cases are always seen the same day even when appointments are not available. We have no waiting lists for procedures or hospitalisation. All invoices are due for settlement at the end of each consultation.
