Blacks Veterinary Group has been caring for the pets of the Black Country since 1958. We evolved from a single practice started by David Peel on Castle Street, Dudley. Later Alan Black joined as a partner and it became Peel and Black and moved to its present location on Hall Street.
There have been many improvements and extensions over the years. In 2008 our Dudley Surgery was awarded “Approved Veterinary Hospital Status” by the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS). This is the highest standard of veterinary practice and is one of only three Veterinary Hospitals in the whole of the West Midlands. We have a welcoming, modern and comfortable surgery designed with the needs of caring clients, their families and their pets in mind. Our team of 12 vets regularly attend courses to keep up with medical and surgical advances and they are well supported by a wonderful team including nurses, reception and back room staff.
