Monday - Friday: 9.00am - 10.30am, 2.15pm - 3.15pm, 5.00pm - 7.00pm

Saturday: 12noon - 1.00pm

We understand that our clients have busy lives too. We are open from 8am - 7pm for clients who wish to call in for advice from reception and nursing staff, for the collection of treatments and to book appointments.

We run an appointment system at all branches to try to reduce waiting times and stress to our pets. Urgent cases are always seen the same day even when appointments are not available. We have no waiting lists for procedures or hospitalisation.

All invoices are due for settlement at the end of each consultation.
